How Minimalism Affects Your Wellbeing

Handy is a company that places a lot of emphasis on transparency. They are in the business of placing people in touch with cleaning professionals to be able to get their to-do list checked off around their home. Some people living in large cities have a lot going on in their lives therefore will not have time to get their home cleaned regularly.

Tips to keeping your home clean

It is easiest to clean your home if there are simply less things lying around the house. For example if you need to vacuum or dust, it is easier to do so if you have less furniture or items around the house. It is even easier to move if you have fewer things to pack up into boxes and unpack. Many people think that living a minimal lifestyle equals to people who cannot afford more items for their home or people who are boring. On the other hand, it should be instead seen as being functional, sustainable and a peaceful view on life.

Think about it, if we have too many options of clothing in the morning, we tend to be indecisive on what to wear. But if we have less choice, it is easier to pick what you would like to wear regularly. In addition, it would be a more motivating reason to wash your dirty clothes since you need them for the week to come. Handy knows just how invaluable these tips are for people since it if a cleaning professional were to come by, and help out once or twice a month.

Advantages of minimalism

There is a certain freeing sense of embracing minimalism since there is going to be less choice thus you can make a faster decision from what you have at your disposal. When you come to the sense of realization that somehow you had to depart with all your worldly possessions, it becomes a freeing experience. Things can be replaced and the less you have, the more clutter you also have in your mind. There are always things people can be learning to be more minimalistic. For example, if you feel like there is too much clutter in the pantry, closet or other parts of the house, set a timer for 15-30 minutes and do all you can within that time.

As for your closet or other storage items, if you haven’t touched it all year, odds are, you never will use it again. It is best to give it away at this point.

Choosing the Best RoomingIn College

The location and housing where a student will reside during their time in College or University is of great importance to their parents as well as to the students themselves. Having the peace of mind knowing that your child or loved one is in a safe location whiles travelling is critical to any responsible parent and/or student. There are different of accomplishing such an arrangement. There are rentals of complete apartments or small homes, rentals of condominiums or a loft or even logging on campus. These options can sometimes be a bit expensive and over the budget of a middle-income family. Most Landlords are very aware of this predicament and have therefore adopted different legitimate ways to provide rooms for student at an affordable price. High end Real Estate Investors such as Brad Roemer would probably not be interested in doing that type of business but it is very lucrative for Landlords and also beneficial for the general public. Though it is a very convenient arrangement for students there sometimes are drawback to bear in mind.

Within many student housing, Landlords usually rent the property to various individuals that do not necessarily know each other. This may leave one feeling uneasy knowing that a bunch of young adults are going to come together as strangers and live in one unit. Though the doors are locked, and all the belonging are usually kept safe it is a bit hard to digest the fact that a person unknown to you could be living next door. Most Landlords do perform a credit check and contact past Landlords or current supervisors at the work place to verify what type of individual they may be dealing with. It is very hard to get a good idea of the individual at hand through those means but it is definitely better than nothing.

When renting-by-the-room the Landlord typically gets all of the tenants (usually students) to sign a disclaimer towards any damages made to the property. Just to think that an apartment containing 4 bedrooms would usually cost about $1700 for a family but instead will cost about $425 per student. It is a win-win situation as the student will be very happy about the cost of his/her rental that includes bathroom, kitchen and living room access whiles the Landlord is content as he/she gets the unite rented out. Landlords in such a position generally do not have issues finding tenants, especially when located close to schools as the students would usually flock to their apartment seeking a place to stay whiles schooling. This tactic helps property owners to rent out their units rapidly and gives them the freedom of renting to whom every they please as they are not afraid of losing potential tenants since they know that many more would be on their way. Some Landlords even go as far as to rent out individual beds in a room! This occurs where students share rooms. It is not really recommended as you would be sharing your privacy as well as personal belonging with a perfect stranger, but some students opt for this to satisfy their budget.

Feel the Best With the Essential Options Now in Factoring Invoices

The majority of commercial enterprises grant payment terms to their customers. However, when the deadlines begin to lengthen, the company may find itself in cash trouble. However, it is possible to reduce or even bypass this deadline by selling its receivables to a factoring company. But what is factoring and how does it work? What are the different types of factoring and when should we use it?

What is factoring?

Factoring, also known as factoring, is an affordable financing technique for any type of company provided that it works with a clientele of companies. With the net 30 invoicing this is important.

When a company uses this technique, it sells its receivables to a specialized agency: the factoring company, also known as a factor. In exchange for this transfer, the company recovers immediately in return for the cash from receivables sold.

In practice, factoring makes it possible to recover funds immediately and without waiting for the payment deadline.

When to use factoring and how does it work?

The issuance of an invoice is synonymous with appearance of claim: it is immediately possible to appeal to a factoring company. The factoring process is divided into three stages:

  1. Creation and sale of debt

The company charges a service or a product to the customer. The claim related to this invoice is then transferred to the factor, according to the terms stipulated in the factoring contract. The factor sends the company a notice of purchase of debt.

  1. Payment of funds

Once the commissions and the holdback are collected, the factoring company settles the claim to the company (up to a certain limit: 80% on average).

  1. Finalization

The debt repurchased by the factor is paid, the latter then refunds to the company the holdbacks.

Which factoring to choose?

Depending on the cash flow requirements or the commercial policy of the company, the type of factoring varies.

Confidential factoring: the company uses a factoring company without its client being informed

Factoring notified but not managed: the company transfers its debt to the factoring company but nevertheless retains control over the collection. This solution, which is cheaper by around 20%, is preferred by companies that do not have any problem with recovery.

Subrogation (or factoring notified): unlike confidential factoring, the customer is here informed that he must pay the invoice to a factoring company.

Features and pricing

During a factoring request, the company and the factoring company sign a factoring contract. The latter sets the framework in which the company can sell its receivables. The contract generally specifies the “rate” of the factoring company, the retention of guarantee and its performance.

Fine Options for the Best Deals Now

This guide is a step by step guide for the traveler, it is only informative and may contain gaps, inaccuracies and omissions. Everyone has to do their own research.

Friends (future) travelers,

Welcome to this shipping guide for your vehicle by sea. You have explored all the trails of the company, worn your tires on the asphalt from Paris to Marseille, and you would like to move up a gear, ship your vehicle to the end of the world? This little guide is a help to make your dream come true: meet up in Australia with your camper van. The free load board are perfect.

Choosing a shipping method

There are 3 methods to send a shipping vehicle abroad that does not fit in a container. The two main ones are Roll-on / Roll-off (RoRo), flat rack and the third is break bulk cargo.

Roll-on / Roll-off is the safest shipping method, according to our experience. Your vehicle is driven aboard and lowered into the holds of the transport vessel by ramps. Anyway, it is necessary here to emit a very big reserve. The vehicle to roll to be out of the hold. If it does not start at the port of destination, it may happen that it is simply towed by a Fenwick, the risk of permanently damaging the mechanics.

  • You are not allowed to ship personal items in your camper using this method, but the spare wheel and factory-fitted accessories are allowed. You can ship personal belongings inside, but at your own risk as they are not covered by the insurance of the ship. In RORO your truck is placed inside the car deck, chained by a series of chain and kept in a safe place.
  • The flat-rack, second method, is an open container. Your vehicle is placed on a support that can hold up to 40tand then loaded onto the transport ship, either by crane or by towing the platform, into the holds. This option has the disadvantage of being charged a fee for the flat-rack itself, which is rented to you in some way.
  • Be careful, these open containers have limits. What are the dimensions of a Flat-rack? The following specifications and dimensions vary the type and will have to be specified because no company has the same numbers! See note at the bottom of the page. There will be an additional cost for widths and heights if this method is chosen.

When choosing a flat-rack option, it is possible that your vehicle may be scratched or they may not fit into the holds due to the height, and place it on the deck. Your vehicle will be exposed to wind and salt water. There are places to protect it by “wrapping” in a tarpaulin or even plastic film used for pallets.

All Essential Options for the Best Factoring Program for You Now

The lack of liquidity is one of the main problems suffered by companies today. On many occasions, this lack is due to late payments, delays in collections by customers, and even insolvency, which has been dragging on since the worst years of the economic crisis.

A figure that illustrates this problem is that during the first 10 months of the year the number of insolvency proceedings arising from a business insolvency situation increased by almost 2% to reach 3,749. That is why it is not surprising that many companies, especially SMEs, maintain their concern about the collection of their commercial loans. Through the Alliance One factoring program the options have become easier now.

What is factoring

The factoring born alleviates this uncertainty. It is a very useful financing tool for all companies that need immediate liquidity and prefer to pay a commission to avoid surprises when it comes to collecting the commercial loans that are pending.

There are three protagonists in factoring: on the one hand there is the company that generates the commercial credit and hires the factoring service. In second place is your client, who owes you that commercial credit, and finally the financial entity, in charge of carrying out the operation.

In a conventional factoring service, our company transfers to the financial entity, in whole or in part, the short-term commercial loans to its customers, that is, the invoices that remain for entering. In exchange for this assignment, the entity advances the amounts of these invoices automatically and discounts a percentage in concept of interest and commissions. The result is that our company is guaranteed immediate receipt of the invoices owed to it, while the financial institution is responsible for its collection in exchange for a commission.

But obtaining immediate liquidity is not the only advantage. This tool improves the control of posted invoices and allows companies to shed the risk of insolvency, in the case of factoring without recourse. In this way, if our client does not have funds to pay for the service we have provided, it is the financial entity that assumes that default and who manages it.

In addition, it improves the working capital of our company because it allows us to eliminate the factored customer items from the balance sheet.

Factoring helps us to dedicate ourselves to what is ours without worrying about managing the collection of outstanding invoices or knowing if we have sufficient liquidity to continue growing.

Types of factoring

But not all situations are the same nor do all companies have the same needs. And for that there are two types of factoring:

Factoring without recourse

This formula frees the companies from any responsibility in the management of the pending collection. In this way, if the debtor cannot deal with the invoices issued and approved in the factoring operation, it is the financial entity that assumes the losses and the one that has to start the necessary procedures to try to recover the money. In summary, it is the entity that assumes the risk of insolvency on the part of the debtor.
